Terms and Conditions

1. Dhopa House cannot be held responsible for any damage resulting from the laundry processing or loss of buttons, ornaments, or anything left in the pockets.

   লন্ড্রি প্রক্রিয়াকরণের ফলে বোতাম, অলংকার বা পকেটে থাকা কিছুর ক্ষতি হলে ধোপা হাউস দায়ী থাকবে না

2. Due to conditions and characteristics of articles, all goods sent for laundering and dry cleaning are accepted by Dhopa House at Client’s Risk.

   লন্ডারিং এবং ড্রাই ক্লিনিং এর জন্য পাঠানো সব পণ্য ধোপা হাউস গ্রাহকদের ঝুঁকিতে গ্রহণ করে

3. No liability can be accepted for defects or damage to articles during treatment which are susceptible to methods of manufacture or deterioration caused by wear and exposure.

   সমস্ত দাবি পণ্যপ্রাপ্তির ২৪ ঘন্টার মধ্যে জমা দিতে হবে এবং অবশ্যই ধোপা হাউজের ভাউচারের একটি অনুলিপি এবং পণ্যের নম্বর ট্যাগ সহ থাকতে হবে

4. All claims must be submitted within 24 hours from the receiving date of finished articles and must be accompanied by an article copy of Dhopa House voucher and article(s)’ number tag.

   কর্তৃপক্ষের সিদ্ধান্তে দাম পরিবর্তন সাপেক্ষ

5. Prices are subject to change at the discretion of the Management.

   ধোপা হাউস উপরে উল্লেখিত সময়মতো সেবা প্রদানের জন্য সর্বাত্মক প্রচেষ্টা চালাবে

6. Dhopa House will make every effort to provide service in time as specified above. However, in case of any abnormal situation like strike, siege, disruption in electrical / gas / water supplies, traffic jam, and complexity of fabrics, there could be some delay.

   ডেলিভারির তারিখ হইতে পরবর্তী এক মাসের মধ্যে কাপড় ডেলিভারি না নেওয়া হলে,কাপড়ের কোন রূপ পরিবর্তন বা হারিয়ে গেলে ধোপা হাউজ দায়ী থাকবে না

7. Dhopa House will not be held responsible for any Damage / Loss arising from non-collection of articles(s) by the client within 30 days from the delivery date.

   কর্তৃপক্ষ দ্বারা নির্দিষ্ট কোন পণ্যের কোন প্রকার ক্ষতি হলে বা হারিয়ে গেলে নির্দিষ্ট পণ্যের মূল্যের তিন ভাগের এক অংশ কর্তৃপক্ষ দিতে বাধ্য থাকবে
